Mac and Bill played together on the same baseball team, and Katy noticed how cute Mac was while cheering Bill on at one of the games. Not too long after, they started dating and the rest is history.
We commemorated the importance of baseball in their lives and in their relationship with a baseball inspired engagement session this spring.
Now, several months later, on the very last day of August, Katy and Mac became husband and wife, uniting two families and starting a new path together as husband and wife.
Their wedding day was sprinkled with personal touches like a small blue bird pin from her grandfather who had passed away, pinned to Katy's bouquet. And bringing Katy's grandma up to say a prayer in front of the Blessed Virgin Mary during the ceremony. Special touches that brought tears to the eyes of those in attendance and made the wedding day truly theirs.
Katy and Mac - I am so thankful that I was able to be your wedding photographer. I felt not only like an honored guest at your wedding, but like family. You two are so special to me and I can't wait to see what life has in store for you. Great adventures, I am sure! Thank you for your spirit and enthusiasm, and for being up for anything on your wedding day. Katy - I love that you didn't protest heading into the weeds in your wedding dress. You are fearless!
