Today, I rode along with my dad, while he assessed some construction work. It's winter [duh], and I've been feeling cooped up lately, and itching real badly for spring. It was nice to ride along and get out of the house.
Luckily for me, today was a brilliantly sunny day. It was really windy too, but I was happy it was sunny. I tried to wear sunglasses, but I have troubles because they fog up so badly when I put them on. I can usually only see out of one eye, so I end up rocking the squint-look intsead. It's a hard life here in Minnesota! [Not really.]
Anyway, we rode over to Garrison, which is a town about 20 miles or so east of my hometown. I brought my camera.
I'd spent the night last night mastering the art of both using and MAKING [yay me!] storyboards for my photos on PSE. I needed some material to put into those storyboards.
Our drive was short and sweet, and the winter wind and stark white landscape didn't offer up much for photography.
But.
I managed to get a few photos.
Stay tuned for the product of storyboards and this guy...
Welcome to Northern Minnesota!
Oofda!
[Had to throw that in there. :)]
Enjoy the ride,
Laura
P.S. But really, stay tuned. You don't want to miss these fishy photos.
