Joining the blog world!

Welcome to our blog, where we: Matt and Laura Radniecki, will try to keep you, our families and friends, updated on our daily lives. It has been a crazy ride so far, and the future looks like it holds much of the same for us. If you would have told us back in high school, that in 6 years, we would end up married and living in Hawaii, we would have laughed and told you that you were talking crazy! Yet here we are, approaching our 8 year 'dating' anniversary, and wrapping up the years that Matt has spent living in Hawaii as a Marine, and me wrapping up the 8 months that I have called Hawaii my home. The next 5-6 months suggest they will hold just as many surprises and adventures as these past few years have, with Matt's honorable discharge from the Marines, and our departure from Hawaii, back to the mainland. Our plans include a cross country road trip this fall, before we settle back down in rural Minnesota to fall into the school and work routines. My hope is that this blog can offer us a way to stay in touch with the family and friends we don't see on a regular basis, as well as the friends we will leave behind when we leave Hawaii.

So here's the beginning of another adventure, the blogging adventure! Until next time, remember... God is great, and life is good!

P.S. If you all could say a little pray for those who are continuing to provide the protection and freedom that we all celebrate on the 4th of July, that would be wonderful. There are so many brave men and women who give so much for what we cherish, and what better time than on our nation's Independance Day, to remember to say a prayer for them and their families.
