I hadn't photographed anyone at the railroad yard in a year, so I was thrilled when Many and Bryan agreed that it was the perfect spot for their engagement photos. It suited them perfectly, and gave us a lot of variety without having to explore too far. As the sun dipped lower, a little grassy field near the tracks offered the most perfect light and lush green growth for us. And humongous mosquitos too.
Mandy and Bryan, thank you for the fun time at your engagement session! I appreciate you laughing with me as I told you about my sweaty confrontation and my introvertedness in public. I can't wait for your wedding; you two are a dream to photograph! xx, Laura

Love love love #8. The effect of the the trees around them is amazing. The black and white just simplifies everything. Though the railroad may be overused in your town, from a fresh pair of eyes, they are amazing pictures!
